Responsibilities

  • Implement healthcare policies and ensure adherence by all staff members.
  • Prepare reports for senior management regarding operational performance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care delivery.
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement of medical supplies.
  • Ensure a safe and conducive working environment for all staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
