Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in delivering civil infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure all engineering documentation is accurate and readily accessible.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with various engineering disciplines to enhance project design.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders about project proposals and updates.
• Assist with the training and mentoring of new engineering staff.
• Monitor project lifecycle from inception to completion with regular reviews.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
• Document lessons learned and apply these insights in future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering License preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of field experience in related projects

• Civil 3D
• Structural Analysis

Certifications

• Civil Engineering Project Management Certification
• Environmental Compliance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
