We are seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the operational functions of our clinics in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will manage daily clinic activities, improve patient flow, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. This role is essential in driving efficiency and elevating the quality of care provided to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic operations and resolve any issues that arise.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintain relationships with patients and ensure their needs are met.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the clinic's cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary.
• Provide leadership during staff recruitment and training.
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork.
• Engage in community outreach to promote clinic services.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years in clinic management or healthcare operations
