Teaching Assistant

Job Description

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting educators in delivering an exceptional learning experience. You will assist in lesson preparation, provide individualized support to students, and help create an engaging classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support to students under the guidance of lead teachers.
• Help organize and participate in classroom events and activities.
• Assist in grading assignments and maintaining student records.
• Communicate regularly with teachers about student progress.
• Encourage positive behavior and respect among students.
• Assist with training new staff and volunteers.
• Help integrate technology into the classroom.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• TEFL/TESOL certification is an advantage

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in an educational setting preferred
