Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial reports.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support tax planning and compliance initiatives.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in cash flow management and analysis.
• Provide training and support to junior accounting staff.
• Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equally relevant field
• Honours degree or equivalent is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in accounting roles with managerial responsibilities

Technical Skills

• Budget management
• Forecasting

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• CIMA or ACCA certification is desirable

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with accounting software integrations: Familiarity with integrating accounting software with other business applications.
