Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing electrical systems, working with power distribution, and implementing innovative engineering solutions. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for various projects that aim to improve efficiency and sustainability in electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify electrical drawing documents and schematics.
• Evaluate and recommend electrical systems and components.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment and parts procurement.
• Perform calculations to ensure system efficiency and performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
• Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff.
• Document and track project progress and milestones.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes.
• Promote a culture of safety and responsibility within the team.
• Attend and participate in project meetings and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience, with proven project management skills
