• Adhere to zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Support the hiring and mentoring of junior architects.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
• Documentation and reporting for all stages of project development.
• Foster relationships with clients and ensure their vision is realized.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Digital Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
