Job Description

As a Speeder Hand, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the speed of our production lines within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves troubleshooting equipment and implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of textile machines, ensuring they are running at optimal speeds.
• Conduct troubleshooting for any mechanical delays and work closely with maintenance teams.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces to promote safety and efficiency.
• Keep records of machine performance and report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production methods.
• Respond timely to urgent production adjustments when required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in operating and maintaining production line equipment.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience with productivity monitoring systems

Soft Skills

• Teamwork and collaboration
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
