Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate machinery to polish and finish the heels of shoes, ensuring the highest quality standards. You will work closely with fellow team members to maintain efficient production levels and meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Perform detailed inspections on finished products for quality assurance.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding production expectations.
• Document daily production metrics and report to the production lead.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate preferred

Experience

• Experience in shoe finishing or related field preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Shoe Repair Techniques
• Familiarity with Different Types of Leather

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous Experience in Footwear Production: Hands-on experience in the shoe manufacturing process.
• Understanding of Leather Types and Finishing Techniques: In-depth knowledge of leather characteristics.
