As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will be integral to our financial team in Johannesburg. Your role will involve assessing financial data, assisting in mergers and acquisitions analysis, and supporting our overall strategic direction. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial statements to confirm accuracy and compliance.
• Aid in the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Collaborate with the finance team to enhance reporting processes.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend solutions.
• Assist in developing strategies for optimal capital structure.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• MBA is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or investment banking
