Responsibilities

• Design and refine patterns for garments using CAD software.
• Coordinate with external vendors for fabric sourcing and production.
• Evaluate market trends to anticipate customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain communication with production teams throughout the design process.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design staff.
• Create presentations for design concepts to be shared with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or similar field
• Advanced diploma in Fashion Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in fashion design, preferably in a retail environment
