Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring systems are running smoothly. Your expertise will be vital in supporting our users and enhancing their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Support the implementation of new IT solutions and upgrades.
  • Assist in maintaining network security and integrity.
  • Keep track of IT inventory and manage equipment lifecycle.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to all users.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years in a technical support role
