As a Food and Tobacco Roasting, Baking, and Drying Machine Operator, you will oversee and manage the operation of machines that process food products. Your role is vital in ensuring that all processes meet safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Monitor machine operations during the roasting and drying processes.
Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards.
Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency.
Lead machine maintenance activities and coordinate with technicians.
Assist in training new staff and providing guidance as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports on production metrics and machine performance.

Education
