District Plant Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced District Plant Engineer to manage the engineering operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations and oversee plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee all plant maintenance work.
• Evaluate and improve system efficiencies.
• Conduct regular technical audits of plant operations.
• Train and develop maintenance technicians for best practices.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities.
• Generate reports on plant performance metrics.
• Attend regular management meetings to discuss operational strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in Engineering preferred.

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
