Responsibilities
Schedule and oversee all plant maintenance work.
Evaluate and improve system efficiencies.
Conduct regular technical audits of plant operations.
Train and develop maintenance technicians for best practices.
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
Liaise with external vendors and contractors.
Document all maintenance and repair activities.
Generate reports on plant performance metrics.
Attend regular management meetings to discuss operational strategies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
Experience
5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
