Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer at Leading Engineering Solutions, you’ll be tasked with reviewing and refining our manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and systems.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Work with teams to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Develop performance metrics to assess production effectiveness.
• Implement best practices for quality assurance in production.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management.
• Facilitate problem-solving workshops with engineering teams.
• Conduct root cause analyses to address quality issues.
• Engage in continuous professional development to keep skills current.
• Document processes and improvements in detail for operational handover.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement
