Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hoisting Laborer to support our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating cranes and hoisting equipment, ensuring that all lifting tasks are executed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside engineers and supervisors to plan hoisting tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on the condition of cranes and hoisting equipment.
• Assist in the management of materials on site.
• Keep hoisting areas clear of obstructions.
• Participate in ongoing safety training to improve skills and awareness.
• Actively seek to improve work processes and safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical qualification in Construction or Engineering

Experience

• Experience in construction or industrial settings preferred.
