Job Description

As a Physiotherapist at Healthcare Group, you will work closely with patients to develop effective treatment plans for recovery. Your expertise will play a vital role in our mission to enhance patient mobility and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine patients' physical capabilities.
  • Create and oversee tailored rehabilitation programs.
  • Incorporate therapeutic exercises and treatments into care routines.
  • Work with patients to enhance mobility and manage pain.
  • Document treatment progress and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss patient care.
  • Provide guidance on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
  • Engage in continued education regarding physiotherapy advancements.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Master's degree or higher is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical physiotherapy experience
