Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician who is skilled in providing technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations in our Port Elizabeth office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, and maintaining IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist users with software applications and tools.
• Conduct regular checks on IT infrastructure.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage licenses.
• Participate in IT projects as needed.
• Provide feedback on IT service improvements.
• Support remote workers with IT issues.

Requirements

Education

• Completed IT certifications are advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in a technical support role preferred
