Architectural and Civil Drafter

Job Description

As an Architectural and Civil Drafter, you will take charge of creating and modifying precise engineering drawings using CAD software. You'll be working closely with engineers and architects to ensure that all designs are in line with project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD and other drawing tools to produce accurate engineering drafts.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate feedback into designs.
• Adapt drawings based on project changes and requirements.
• Assist in the training of junior drafters and interns.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders involved in projects.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all outgoing drawings.
• Document design changes and maintain version control for all projects.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in CAD or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of drafting experience.

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent
