As a Data Analyst in our Cape Town office, you'll be at the forefront of data analysis to drive company growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess data needs, create dashboards, and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
• Perform statistical analyses and modeling to interpret data.
• Prepare presentations highlighting key findings for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Validate data sources and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Develop user-friendly dashboards and data visualizations.
• Report on KPIs and performance metrics.
• Utilize SQL for querying and analyzing databases.
• Mentor junior analysts in data handling and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in data-related analysis
