• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Research Methods, or related field
• Data Analysis Software (e.g., SPSS, R) Familiar with data analysis tools for interpreting research findings.
• Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail Strong attention to detail when recording data.
