Job Description

We seek a dedicated Process Improvement Engineer to join our Durban team. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance existing manufacturing processes.
• Lead projects to implement efficiency measures and cost reductions.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Gather data to support process analysis and recommendations.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Facilitate the adoption of new technologies for process improvement.
• Report on the success of implemented changes.
• Engage with stakeholders to align on improvement goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in process improvement roles

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
