Responsibilities

• Oversee the architectural design process from conceptualization to completion.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in designs.
• Incorporate client feedback into design revisions efficiently.
• Research and incorporate new industry trends and technologies.
• Facilitate project documentation and reporting processes.
• Mentor junior architects and design assistants.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design or a related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive experience in innovative design

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
