Responsibilities

• Document all phases of testing including test scenarios and results.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss testing progress and outcomes.
• Identify areas for process improvement within QA practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior QA team members.
• Manage application testing environments and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Quality Assurance

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in QA methodologies

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing Tools
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Continuous Integration: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Travis CI.
• Familiarity with Performance Testing tools: Knowledge of tools for performance testing such as Gatling or BlazeMeter.
