The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with audits. You will play a key role in the financial planning and reporting processes, analyzing financial data to provide insights that support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational strategies focused on financial sustainability.
• Implement new financial software and systems.
• Provide training and support to junior accounting staff.
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare documentation for audits and assists with stakeholder inquiries.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
• Professional certification such as ACCA or CPA preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a corporate accounting environment
