The successful candidate will focus on conceptualizing and developing architectural designs that are both innovative and functional. You will collaborate closely with clients and fellow professionals to ensure that our designs meet expectations while adhering to project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs that meet client requirements and align with local regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to integrate all aspects of design.
• Prepare detailed drawings and models for project presentation.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction and ensure design integrity.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on architectural trends and innovations to enhance design capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Environmental Design
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 4 years hands-on experience in an architectural role

Technical Skills

• Photoshop
• 3D Modeling

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Architectural Drafting Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
