The successful candidate will focus on conceptualizing and developing architectural designs that are both innovative and functional. You will collaborate closely with clients and fellow professionals to ensure that our designs meet expectations while adhering to project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops with clients to define project visions and solutions.
• Analyze and evaluate existing structures for renovation or conservation.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for projects, tracking progress throughout.
• Enhance designs to incorporate sustainable practices and materials.
• Create aesthetic concepts that improve the function and beauty of spaces.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Environmental Design
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 4 years hands-on experience in an architectural role

Technical Skills

• Photoshop
• 3D Modeling

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Architectural Drafting Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in landscape design: Strong understanding of integrating landscape features with architecture.
