We are looking for an IT Support Technician to deliver hands-on support to our clients in Nelspruit. You will provide troubleshooting, system support, and technical solutions, contributing to our mission of providing excellent IT services.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot technical issues using established procedures.
Support users with software applications and operating systems.
Ensure timely response to support requests and ticketing system.
Train and educate users on new technologies and applications.
Collaborate with the IT team for complex problem-solving.
Assist with network monitoring and security solutions.
Participate in IT projects related to system upgrades and implementations.
Contribute to a knowledge base of IT solutions.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in IT or Computing
Advanced certifications in ITIL or similar are preferable
Experience
5 years of experience in a technical support role preferred
