Job Description

As a UX Researcher, you’ll be at the forefront of our design projects, conducting usability testing, interviews, and surveys to gather user feedback. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about user-centered design and can help us create intuitive and engaging experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop research plans and methodologies tailored to project needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define user goals and objectives.
  • Identify and resolve user pain points through research.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the design process.
  • Contribute to the overall vision and strategy of product development.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the success of UX initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in UX research or a related field
