Job Description

Mental Health Services Ltd. is seeking a motivated Psychologist to deliver high-quality psychological assessments and therapy. You will work with individuals facing various mental health challenges and support their journey towards recovery.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychological evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Assist clients in establishing coping strategies and skills.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention services when required.
• Foster therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy.
• Document client progress and adapt treatment approaches accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in client care.
• Participate in training sessions and peer supervision.
• Conduct workshops focused on mental health awareness.
• Monitor and review treatment outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
• Additional certifications in specialty areas are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in mental health services
