Job Description

We need a driven Public Health Specialist to enhance our public health initiatives. You will be responsible for conducting community assessments, analyzing health data, and working collaboratively to design effective health interventions for various populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead community outreach efforts to educate the public about health policies.
• Utilize epidemiological data to inform health intervention strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote healthy lifestyles.
• Manage budgets and resources for health programs.
• Assess the public’s health needs through surveys and focus groups.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
• Master’s degree in Public Health is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in public health programs

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
