We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who will be responsible for managing our financial database, preparing financial statements, and reconciling accounts. This position is essential in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial workflows and documentation.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with regulations.
• Track expenditures and income with precision.
• Create and manage various financial reports as needed.
• Assist with year-end audits and assessments.
• Respond to queries from management regarding financial matters.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations.
• Guide the team in bookkeeping best practices.
• Advise on budgetary and cost-saving measures.
• Assist clients with financial planning and forecasting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Professional accounting qualifications will be an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of formal accounting experience

• QuickBooks
• Financial reporting

Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Chartered Accountant (CA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
