As an IT Support Technician, you will assist in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities include responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to ensure seamless operations across all departments. Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for all IT-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Diagnose hardware and software faults, and resolve them efficiently.
• Assist in system upgrades and patches for all relevant software.
• Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and assist with various IT projects.
• Train staff on new systems and software.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.[

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support roles.
