Job Description

In this role, you will leverage your strong analytical skills and market knowledge to advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and fund-raising activities. You will assist in developing pitch books, conducting due diligence, and managing transaction processes, making a significant impact on our clients' success.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing relationships to secure new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure transaction integrity.
  • Lead post-transaction analysis to evaluate client satisfaction and success.
  • Perform rigorous market research to inform investment strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings, providing insights and advice.
  • Develop clear communication with stakeholders regarding financial decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Management
  • Master's degree in Finance or related fields is highly desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking
