UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled UX Designer to join our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating seamless user experiences and a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to define user requirements and design goals.
• Visualize concepts through user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Optimize user experience by collecting and analyzing user feedback.
• Work alongside developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Maintain design documentation for reference and future projects.
• Participate in design critiques to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Sketch/Figma
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Creative Thinking
• Communication

Advantageous

• Experience with user testing tools like UserTesting: Experience gathering user feedback through testing tools to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment across design and development teams.
