Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for seasonal collections from concept to final product.
• Conduct market research to identify upcoming fashion trends.
• Create mood boards and presentations for design proposals.
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Review and provide feedback to junior designers to foster their development.
• Maintain awareness of competitor activities and market trends.
• Coordinate with production to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high quality.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials for new collections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or relevant field
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in fashion design
