Job Description

Join our growing dynamic team as an IT Support Technician where you'll provide crucial support and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring seamless operations across the organization. You'll play a vital role in troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software installations, and assisting users with their IT needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for hardware and software installations.
  • Respond promptly to IT support requests from staff.
  • Assist in evaluating and recommending new technology solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Manage inventory and the lifecycle of IT assets.
  • Assist with IT security protocols and policies.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with external vendors.
  • Capture user feedback to improve IT support services.
  • Foster a positive working environment by collaborating with team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or similar are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
