We are currently seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment and education regarding their oral health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dental clinics while managing patient relationships.
• Execute advanced dental practices and procedures.
• Integrate treatment plans effectively for optimal dental health.
• Support a positive and respectful workplace atmosphere.
• Review and implement patient feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage supplies and equipment effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
• Master’s degree in Oral Medicine or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a dental practice setting

Technical Skills

• Oral pathology knowledge
• Advanced restorative techniques

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills

Certifications

• Certification in Dental Sedation
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Proficiency in cosmetic dentistry: Experience in cosmetic procedures and aesthetic enhancements.
• Familiarity with dental software: Experience with dental practice management software and electronic health records.
