Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices. You will be responsible for devising and implementing security measures to protect our clients' sensitive information from cyber threats.

Responsibilities

• Implement network security measures and monitor network traffic for suspicious activity.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to security architecture.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing.
• Provide expertise during audits and compliance checks.
• Build and foster partnerships with cybersecurity vendors.
• Ensure data encryption and protection solutions are effectively deployed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field
• Professional certifications such as CEH or CompTIA Security+ are preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or related position
