The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to develop comprehensive designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. You will engage with various stakeholders and manage projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients to determine project specifications and requirements.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand project contexts.
• Oversee the construction process and ensure compliance with designs.
• Prepare and present project proposals and presentations to clients.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating detailed drawings.
• Manage project timelines, including budgets and resources.
• Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure project success.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architecture and design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• 3D Modeling Software

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Project Management

Certifications

• Registered Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
