You will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects meet our stringent quality standards. Responsibilities

• Produce innovative architectural designs that meet stringent requirements.
• Engage with community stakeholders during the planning phase.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring high standards.
• Create presentations and reports for project milestones.
• Work closely with the construction team to ensure design integrity.
• Update and maintain project documentation.
• Analyze costs and metrics to ensure project viability.
• Conduct research on materials and construction methods.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Participate in architecture exhibitions and community events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree in Architecture preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant architectural role

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling
• Building Code Knowledge
• Sustainable Design Practices

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI) Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Lead Designer experience: Experience in leading design teams for successful project outcomes.
