Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth within the property management sector.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Track and report on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Organize and lead presentations for potential clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead to closure.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to inform strategy.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service delivery.
  • Lead regular team meetings to strategize and share updates.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork and high performance within the sales team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master’s in Real Estate or equivalent is preferred

  • 7+ years in a sales management role, preferably in property sector
