E-commerce Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Project Manager to lead our online retail projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will oversee project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our e-commerce platform, delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and execution of e-commerce initiatives from concept to launch.
• Work with UX/UI designers to enhance the user interface and overall shopping experience.
• Monitor online sales performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Foster relationships with e-commerce partners and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and innovations.
• Assist in developing training materials for team members on e-commerce best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in e-commerce project management or related experience
