• Drive the planning and execution of e-commerce initiatives from concept to launch.
• Work with UX/UI designers to enhance the user interface and overall shopping experience.
• Monitor online sales performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Foster relationships with e-commerce partners and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and innovations.
• Assist in developing training materials for team members on e-commerce best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous
• Project Management Software Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
• E-commerce Platforms Experienced in managing platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Leadership Proven leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
• English (Fluent)

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles: Understanding of UX/UI principles to improve customer experience on the platform.
• Experience with mobile commerce: Experience in optimizing e-commerce interfaces for mobile users.
