Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of various machines used in the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Accurately set machines based on product specifications and production demands.
• Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and safety protocols.
• Assist in inventory management and material handling as required.
• Continuously seek ways to improve machinery efficiency and production output.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet production targets.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Certificate in Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in similar manufacturing roles

Technical Skills

• Machine Calibration

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
