You will oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while managing participant recruitment and data collection. Responsibilities

  • Ensure ethical conduct of the clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP.
  • Collect and analyze trial data, preparing reports for review.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee data entry and management in clinical trial software.
  • Participate in monitoring visits and inspections by regulatory agencies.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised during audits or compliance checks.
  • Provide updates on study progress to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences
  • Postgraduate qualifications are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical research experience with understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines
