In our Cape Town office, we are looking for an Operations Manager who can take charge of our operational frameworks. You should have extensive experience in managing teams, optimising processes, and implementing best practices to boost our operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute operational plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Ensure high quality of operations by managing performance metrics and KPIs.
• Address operational issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Facilitate training and development initiatives for operational staff.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt operational strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in operations management or related fields
