Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg office. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to users, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service while resolving IT queries.
  • Install and maintain printers, telephony, and other equipment.
  • Track and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Perform system audits to ensure compliance and functionality.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in IT Support or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support environment
