Responsibilities

  • Handle daily support requests and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain and monitor computer systems for performance issues.
  • Assist in the preparation and deployment of software updates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Train users on new technologies and software applications.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of support requests to identify recurring issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role
