SOC Analyst

Job Description

In the role of SOC Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring and defending against cyber threats. Your insights and expertise will help to protect our organization’s network and systems from malicious activities. You will analyze security incidents, conduct investigations, and support the team in implementing remediation measures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor security events from various sources.
• Investigate and resolve anomalies and breach attempts.
• Work with incident response colleagues to develop strategies.
• Inform and train colleagues about threat awareness and mitigation.
• Compile reports on findings and recommendations for future improvements.
• Foster teamwork to strengthen the safety net against breaches.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Additional certifications in cybersecurity are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in security operations

• Penetration Testing
• Firewall Configuration

Certifications

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
