Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will coordinate all aspects of clinical trial management, from planning to execution. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. You'll have the opportunity to significantly impact medical research and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operational aspects of clinical trials.
• Assess and address study risks while implementing corrective actions.
• Review and verify source documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Facilitate audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
• Maintain study files and ensure timely record-keeping throughout the trial.
• Develop strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Pharmacology

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research management

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Fluency in additional languages: Preference for candidates fluent in Afrikaans or other local languages.
