Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects in our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, ensure effective communication among teams, and drive project success. Your strong leadership and organizational skills will be crucial in facilitating project objectives and delivering value to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate project kick-off meetings to gather requirements.
  • Monitor resource allocation and ensure optimal use of team strengths.
  • Implement project management software to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Prepare project budget forecasts and track spend against budgets.
  • Engage in stakeholder management and maintain strong relationships.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans for potential challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Project Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant project management experience
